Delivery and return

The transport of your package

Packages are generally dispatched within 24 hours after receipt of your payment. The standard shipping method is Chronopost or UPS off with signature . If you prefer delivery with required signature, an additional cost will be applied , thank you for contacting us . Whatever the chosen shipping method , we will provide with a link that lets you track the online delivery of your package .

Shipping charges include packaging , handling and postage. They may contain a fixed part and a variable part based on price or weight of your order. We advise you to group your items in one order . We can not group two distinct orders and you will have to pay shipping costs for each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile products.

Packages are oversized and protected.

Please remember that we won't be held reponsible for any loss, damage or delivery delay from the carrier we are currently working with. Thank you for your understanding!

Free delivery from 300€ HT (Corsica + 19€). For orders placed before 3:30 pm, delivery within 24 hours. (Variable delivery time during holiday periods)

Chronopost France - Saturday delivery

Order on friday before 4pm, DELIVERY ON SATURDAY Free for orders over 500€ HT. (Variable delay during holiday periods)

Chronopost DOM-TOM

Free delivery from 1500€ HT. For orders placed BEFORE 3:30 pm, delivered in 3-5 days. (Delivery time varies during holiday periods)

UPS Express Europe & World

Order BEFORE 3:30 pm, shipping within the day, delivery in 1 to 3 business days. (depending on the zone, and outside of holiday periods)
